We only need the pieces or parts of your glasses to provide you with your warranty.  It is a 90 day, (from the date of purchase), no charge, no questions asked warranty.

All our lenses have a scratch resistance and ultraviolet coating at no extra cost.*  If they are scratched during your 90 day warranty.  Bring them back to us and we will replace them at no extra cost.

We will adjust your frame for you free!  Call us to schedule a time to drop by, so you don’t have to wait, while we do your adjustment.

If you should ever need a screw tightened or replaced, we will gladly do it for free, when you purchase your glasses from us!  The same is true for nose pads.  Just call us to schedule a time to minimize your wait.
